Vitality and anti-aging
Private Hands-on movement sessions
Gentle, slow movements are used to help you discover new, easier, and more efficient ways to move and thus reduce or eliminate pain and limitations.
It's not a secret that older people are more limited in movements, and taking a fall can lead to a serious disability. NeuroMovement® can help you boost the balance, improve your mobility, and build confidence in staying on your feet. After a session many people feel easier in their movements, they can notice an improvement in their posture, coordination and overall physical and emotional well-being.

Rehabilitation and recovery
When we get trauma or injured, our nervous system immediately adjusts our movements to minimize pain. These unconscious adjustments provide muscle cramps and physical limitations. When we’re hurting or are afraid of getting hurt, it’s hard to trust our bodies. So, we tense our muscles, holding our skeleton together rather than using it as a frame to support us.
The goal of this method is to increase your range movement so that you move easier and smoother . It can also increase the number of muscles participating in the movement, which in turn can prevent injury

Transformational Movement Lessons (TMLs)
TML is a group lesson and it's very different from regular exercise. You will be guided through a sequence of movements with variations and you will be asked to move gently and slowly and pay attention to how you feel when doing so. Each movement lesson is an exploration, a study of oneself, where you will be paying attention to your entire body, not just the painful areas. You'll quickly discover easier ways to move, that will relieve you of pain and limitations. You will be surprised how much more and better you feel.
Each lesson is different from all the others. The duration of each lesson is 45-75 minutes.
TML is not a competitor to physical activity, on the contrary, it allows you to be more successful in physical exercise, yoga and sports
