Anat Baniel Method® (ABM) NeuroMovement® is a modern approach that uses movement and 9 essentials, thereby helping to form new connections in the brain to move to a new level of life: physical, mental and emotional. It is a non-invasive, holistic approach for children and adults to overcome the limitations associated with pain, injury or illness.
There are so many possibilities in our brain and body

9 essentials
insights how to help the brain learn
Movement with Attention
You can't learn what you don't notice
When you act without attention, automatically, you reinforce the habits of the brain, useful or useless. It's only when you pay attention to what you're doing and how you're really feeling that your brain wakes up and learns something new.
Slow
The slower you move, the more you learn.
Quickly, we can only do what we already know. When you walk slowly, the brain has time to gather more information and try something different
Variation
Your brain learns what you experience. When you always do things the same way, your brain realizes that there is no other way out, and it gets bored. When you learn to do things differently, and even make mistakes on purpose, your brain understands the possibilities and responds creatively as needed.
Subtlety
An intense effort or stimulus suppresses feelings, making the brain less sensitive to important details. When things get softer, calmer, and softer, the brain picks up on the subtle differences between one way of doing things and another, and becomes wiser and more agile
Enthusiasm
When you feel happiness within yourself and feel it from others, your brain amplifies the sensations of what is happening at that moment. The brain responds less to formal praise and reward, but actively notices new things when sincere happiness is shared, even if it is not expressed.
Flexible Goals
A rigid approach to achieving a goal, followed adamantly or even forcefully, can further limit the child, rather than promote him. When we are only free to stick to goals, we remain open to possibilities that we did not notice before. Sticking to goals freely means approaching the child's goals with clear intent, but with ease and great flexibility.
The Learning Switch
The brain is either in learning mode (the learning mindset is on) or not. Monotonous repetitions, the same type of exercise and everyday stresses, as well as habitual patterns of thought, movement and emotion - all this tends to turn off the mood for learning and lead to great effort without much benefit.
Imagination & Dreams
With the help of imagination, the brain identifies new opportunities before taking action. In the process of imagination, new neural connections appear in the brain. The brain also works on the principle of "use it or lose it", and imagination and dreams bring it to life.
Awareness
When you are fully present (here and now), your brain learns the fastest. When you can observe yourself with interest and curiosity, paying attention to what and how you feel, your neural connections increase exponentially.
The Anat Baniel Method® Neuromovement® uses movement as a language, a means of providing the brain with the information it needs to guide the body and mind to higher levels of functioning and coordination. ABMN® sessions involve gentle touch and connection through the skeleton, and movements are performed with close attention to how the person feels. Thanks to these studies of movement, the brain "wakes up" to itself, aware of how it currently interacts with other parts of the body and the outside world. As this process progresses, the brain finds new trajectories/solutions that are more effective for the individual.
